Who we are

LaunchPage AI provides an AI landing-page generator. These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or making a payment you agree to them.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions go to legal@launchpage.ai.

Your account

You sign in with Google, GitHub, or a one-time email link. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for everything done through it.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One person or organisation per account, except on plans that explicitly include multiple seats.

What you own

You own the pages you generate. Every file the model writes for you — markup, styles, copy, generated assets — is yours to use commercially, modify, and publish. We claim no licence over it and require no attribution.

You own the briefs you write. We use them to produce your pages and to operate the service; we do not sell them, and we do not use your briefs or generated pages to train our own models.

What we own

The service itself — the application, its design, its prompts and its underlying systems — remains ours. Nothing here transfers rights to it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to produce or distribute:

• content that is illegal where you or your audience are located
• pages designed to deceive, including fake storefronts, impersonation of a real business or person, or fraudulent offers
• phishing pages, or pages that harvest credentials or payment details under false pretences
• malware, or code intended to compromise a visitor's device
• material that harasses, or that sexualises minors

We may suspend an account that does any of this, without refund, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

Do not attempt to circumvent quotas, resell raw model access, or automate the service in a way that degrades it for others.

Plans, quotas and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly as you choose. Prices are shown in the currency on the pricing page and exclude any tax that applies where you are.

Each plan includes a stated number of generations per calendar month. A generation is one completed page that reaches your history. Cancelled runs, failed runs and our automatic quality-repair pass are never counted.

Quotas reset at the start of each calendar month and do not roll over. Reaching your quota pauses new generations; nothing you have already made is locked, deleted or hidden.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then.

Refunds

We do not offer automatic refunds for time already elapsed on a subscription, because the underlying model usage is a real cost we have already paid.

If the service failed to deliver what you paid for, write to legal@launchpage.ai and we will put it right. Statutory rights that apply where you live are not affected by anything here.

AI output

Pages are generated by large language models. Output varies, and it can be wrong. Any figures, claims, prices, testimonials or legal text a model produces are invented unless you supplied them, and must be checked before you publish.

You are responsible for what you publish. We are not the author of your page and cannot verify its accuracy for you.

Model providers change their models. Output quality and style will shift over time; we do not guarantee that a page generated today can be reproduced identically later.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability on any plan except where a written service-level agreement says otherwise.

The service depends on third-party model providers. When they fail, we fail over between them where we can, but a sustained outage at both is outside our control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data or goodwill.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your projects, generation history and subscription record; cancel any active subscription first.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes affecting paying customers we will give notice by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
